When in San Clemente, we sometimes like to go to a very local place. We actually walked here to the SC Cafe from our house in about 5 minutes this morning. it is on El Camino Real just south of the 5 freeway on the west side of the road. if you blink, you will miss it. This place only seats about 13-15 small tables (2-4 people each) and is a favoriate hangout for surfers and locals. When we arrived, there was only one table open. The resteraunt is family run (Dad took our coffee order, son took our food order, daughter cleaned up the plates, dad took the money at the end). Saturday, March 27, 2010
